Turn AssistiveTouch on or off over USB

/v1/leases/{lease}/assistive-touchPUT
Writes the setting over USB lockdown (about 40 ms, also while locked), with no touch on the iPhone. Without AssistiveTouch the iPhone shows no pointer and drops clicks, so acquire, tap, swipe and wake turn it on by themselves. Release turns it off again when ghosthand turned it on; the Bluetooth link stays connected.
