Press key from the control plane

/v1/phones/{phone}/keyPOST
For the control plane's Take Control only: a person presses a key on the iPhone. No lease: it works also while an agent holds the iPhone, between the agent's commands, and does not touch that lease. Only on the unix socket. Agents use POST /v1/leases/{lease}/key.
