Type text from the control plane

/v1/phones/{phone}/typePOST
For the control plane's Take Control only: a person types text on the iPhone. No lease, like POST /v1/phones/{phone}/key. Only on the unix socket. Agents use POST /v1/leases/{lease}/type.
