Install an IPA on the iPhone

/v1/leases/{lease}/appsPOST
Installs the .ipa in the request body. iOS checks the signature: only IPAs signed for this iPhone install (ad hoc, enterprise, or development with this iPhone in the profile). App Store apps come from the App Store app.
